This tour combines two of the luxuries in life... whisky and chocolate... and combined with the stunning scenery of Scotland makes for a tour of pure indulgence!

We will travel to the heart of Highland Perthshire and visit Dewars World of Whisky, located in beautiful Aberfeldy. This is an extraordinary experience which combines a tour of the Aberfeldy Distillery with an excellent display illustrating the people, adventurous spirits and ground breaking innovations of Dewars Whisky.

No Scottish distillery tour would be complete without a tasting and this is no exception with a dram of Aberfeldy Single Malt or Dewars 12 to end you whisky experience.

While in the ancient town of Aberfeldy you might like to see the famous Wades Bridge built in 1733 or the imposing Black Watch Memorial built to commemorate the first ever muster of this famous regiment. This is an area of rich history and incredible beauty as you will discover on our drive through beautiful Strathtay to Grandtully – a small conservation village sitting on the banks of a dramatic stretch of rapids on the River Tay.

Here we will visit Legends of Grandtully which is home to Iain Burnett – "The Highland Chocolatier". Iain is a master craftsman of exquisite chocolates and has trained under master chocolatiers in Belgium, Switzerland and France before returning to his homeland in the heart of Scotland. He creates his magic with gourmet chocolate using premium-grade cocoa beans from African and Caribbean plantations blended with Madagascan vanilla and pure cocoa butter.

The resulting chocolates are mouthwateringly irresistible... velvet cream and spiced truffles, 70% premium dark chocolate pralines, hazelnut giandujas or whole candided fruits dipped in chocolate.

Iain works with many top chefs on creating new chocolate dishes and is also renowned for supplying many of our top hotels with his delicious chocolates.

After this wonderful day of delights... we must return to Edinburgh... unless, of course, you wish your Scottish adventure to continue to another day!
